Failed Delivery

Although unlikely, there could be time when CloakGuru is not able to successfully forward your message for various reasons. If this happens, you will have the ability to manually download the email directly via your dashboard.

Download a failed delivery

To download a message we could not deliver to you, navigate to your alias within Alias Management section and click Failed Delivery. You will see a list of all emails we were not able to deliver to you.

Click the icon within the Action column to download your email. Downloaded items use the .eml format, which you can easily open on any email clients.
