How to report an abusive user?

Notify [email protected] if you notice that CloakGuru is used for malicious reasons such as:

  • Any violation of our terms and condition
  • Bulk messaging including manual or automated registration
  • Creating alias to impersonate other services (e.g: [email protected]) unless these alias are solely used to receive emails for your personal usage
  • Purposely sharing malware, viruses or any harmful content
  • Repeatedly flagging emails from CloakGuru managed domains as spam
  • Alias used to purposely share any sort of hateful message
  • Any activity considered as Criminal under local laws

When a case of abuse is confirmed by CloakGuru team, CloakGuru reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability.
